The Work
I'm a degreed and certified personal trainer, exercise physiologist, and performance health coach with over two decades of experience helping people move better, age smarter, and feel fitter and stronger than ever.
I've been an athlete. I've trained athletes. And I've walked clients through injury, surgery, and illness and helped them rebuild.
This experience is the clinical foundation for everything I do.
My training style draws from functional movement and corrective exercise, yoga and Pilates methodology, strength training and powerlifting, not as a menu, but as a toolkit I build from based on what you actually need.
Healthy movement and nutrition are inseparable in my approach, and the architecture for a long healthspan. My job is to help keep you moving better, getting stronger, and stay there
for the long game.
